Satisfactory stay near South Pier
ideal location friendly manager
The location was ideal next to the South pier. The staff were very helpful and friendly (especially the manager). Parking was available behind the hotel, very convenient.
I found the room to be quite basic. Someone's rubbish was still under the bed. The carpet was torn and some tiles were cracked around the toilet, potentially creating a health hazard.

The staff was very kind. i appreciated the comfortable beds and warm rooms. The shower was also amazing. the location was excellent. The seafront was literally a one-minute walk away.
The extractor fan came on at midnight when i turned on the light and did not go off. the fire alarm woke me up at 7:50 a.m. on a sunday morning. There was no fire.

underwhelming stay, expected more
The location was alright. A cafe nearby came in handy.
the television remote did nothing, it just sat there, mocking my attempts to turn on the tv. it was small too, a real letdown
