The location was ideal next to the South pier. The staff were very helpful and friendly (especially the manager). Parking was available behind the hotel, very convenient.
I found the room to be quite basic. Someone's rubbish was still under the bed. The carpet was torn and some tiles were cracked around the toilet, potentially creating a health hazard.

Fantastic Stay Near the Pleasure Beach!

The staff was lovely and helpful! The location was amazing, only a short walk to both the beach and the Pleasure Beach. I will recommend it to my friends!
The room had chairs with some legs missing , made them unusable. Not very good!

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, I really slept well. Towels were provided, so I didn't need to pack my own and the bathroom was super clean. Really!

The staff was very kind. i appreciated the comfortable beds and warm rooms. The shower was also amazing. the location was excellent. The seafront was literally a one-minute walk away.
The extractor fan came on at midnight when i turned on the light and did not go off. the fire alarm woke me up at 7:50 a.m. on a sunday morning. There was no fire.
